Your account details (name, email, phone number), the health data you or the care organizations you grant access enter, and limited operational data about how you use the platform.
How we use your data
We use your data to operate the care service: showing your medical record, managing appointments, prescriptions and tests, and sending notifications. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Where your data is stored
Your data is hosted in data centres within the Middle East region, encrypted in transit and at rest, with managed backups.
Sharing of data
No organization sees your medical record without your explicit, scoped, time-boxed and revocable grant. We do not disclose your data to any other party except with your consent or where legally required.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, export and request deletion of your data, and to review who holds access to your record and revoke it at any time.
